Be Fluent AI provides online AI education through video courses, written guides, prompt libraries, community access, and live coaching sessions (depending on your plan). Content is delivered digitally and accessed via web browser. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Don't share your login credentials. One account per person — accounts are not transferable. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no cancellation fees apply. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us within 7 days of any charge you'd like to dispute.
You may use Be Fluent AI content for your personal and professional development. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid course content (prompt libraries, templates, video lessons) without written permission. Sharing your account credentials with others is not permitted. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All Be Fluent AI content — including courses, videos, templates, prompt libraries, and branding — is owned by Be Fluent AI and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning and business use.
Be Fluent AI provides education and training, not professional advice. Results vary by individual. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes, income levels, or results from applying what you learn. AI tools and their capabilities change frequently; while we strive to keep content current, some information may become outdated between updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Fluent AI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
