When you sign up for Be Fluent AI, we collect your email address and, if you upgrade to a paid plan, your payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store your card details directly). We also collect basic usage data like which lessons you've viewed and when you log in, so we can improve the product.
We use your email to send you the content you signed up for: course access, weekly AI updates, and occasional product announcements. We use usage data to improve Be Fluent AI and understand which content is most valuable. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Be Fluent AI: Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for email delivery, Stripe for payment processing, and basic analytics to understand site traffic. Each of these services has their own privacy policy and processes data in accordance with applicable regulations.
We use minimal cookies: essential cookies for login sessions and basic analytics cookies to understand page traffic. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from ad networks.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@befluentai.com.
